2026 journaling pt 4

I’m back with my March journals update. It’s pretty image heavy.

My quick summary is that I still like what I’ve chosen for this year and it's still working for me (even if I am behind lol!!)

Hobonichi Weeks - daily carry

The main function of this one is my daily logger - I log my meals on the left side. The main function is to grab inspiration for what I’ve eaten before if I am too lazy to make a meal. The right side has my quick logs of what I wore (later to be written in my MD Diary and eventually my OOTD drawings). My handwriting is really messy and sometimes I don’t know what I’ve written LOL.

Also it fits in the Yuruliku flat case pocket. I really like the flat case since it makes me pare down the stationery tools I bring daily.

Oh and here’s what I currently have in it:

Plotter (Personal/Bible Size) - daily carry

Still my commonplace/catch-all journal. It also houses some of the random loose ephemera that I have when I am out and about (but I’ve cleaned it out).

I moved these notes over to an archive binder but I was taking notes while reading one of the nonfiction books I had checked out on Libby.

Also my cutie attendance tracker for the Austin Stationery Club hosted by Paper + Craft Pantry monthly-ish.

MD Diary 2026 - lives at home

My MD Notebook has suffered an attack!!! I have a suspicion on which one did it but I will never know lol. I also frequently crease/ruin parts of my journals (due to daily wear and tear) so I'm not too precious about them.

Current chonkening (due to adding extra layers of photos and ephemera):

I’m about a month behind on writing in my journal - it’s usually at this point of the year where I give up on writing the side text and prioritize the photos, lol!! My favorite pictures are the family/friend dinner selfies.

One thing that is structured is that the bottom text is my (main) OOTD that I'll reference to when I finally compile that together.

Thank you for reading, and also for the new people that have commented and signed my guestbook!
