Some quick housekeeping up top - Thank you so much for visiting my little corner of the internet!! Also for those of you who left comments - I decided to switch back to manually approving them.
I don’t think my comment system automatically emails or notifies when I respond (which is ok!) but I’m wondering if I should email directly too…
OK, so this last weekend I didn’t do anything special (just stayed in) - I needed an introverted game weekend to recharge. I’m very introverted so having social events the past two weekends was exciting/fun but I needed a break (I also had some mid-week social hangs which are unusual for me).
My living room is set up in a way where I can view my tv from my desk area (lol which makes me have 3 screens). It’s the first time I’ve really used my TV setup since I rearranged my living room back in August.
Poppy ended up sitting with me as I played.
I also love that my island has Poppy (the villager) and my island fruit is Peach (Momo!!). My island name is Polomo which is "Poppy loves Momo".
I can update this post with a map photo later, but I more or less have the “city” area designed and the top left/middle “rural/farm” area designed. I’ve left the right side of the map as a WIP since I decided to do some playing (fishing hehe) and the happy home paradise DLC.
Also I did have to time travel to order all the wheat furniture items to have a fully filled wheat field! Animal Crossing limits you to ordering 5 items a day and I get impatient when I am in “build mode”. However, yesterday I synced back to real time and my island is back to being in winter mode.
Lastly, Hans requested to move out so I had some fun going island hopping for villagers. I ran into Merengue (sooo cute, but I had her on my old island) and then also ran into Lucky! So he has moved in.
I think the only other villager I would want to let go is Rocco, but then I looked at his house theme (construction!!) and think it would be fun to imagine if he is the villager doing all the construction.
