This is a post I shared on IG as an untagged carousel so that I could be crazy and revisit a series that could potentially revive my urge to draw and share my love and ships!! I’m reposting here so that it has a 2nd home.

Toshi loves Goro
I'm in love with this unrequited love headcanon that I have... Goro is such a typical shonen protagonist (he's straight!). I do think the women characters aren't very well developed though (sorry Shimizu).

These are side characters from Goro's character arc in America - I really like the dynamics between a rookie character (younger top) and respected veteran character (hehe older bottom).
As a side note, the America arc can be pretty problematic from a racial stereotype POV (lots of Japanese stereotypes).
