drawing on the ramen del barrio walls
My good friend Nopaulito and their partner Weila Art have been doing the art for Ramen Del Barrio for their new brick and mortar location.
I got invited to add my contributions to the graffiti wall bathrooms haha:
My colleague told me I should add something Final Fantasy so I added an iconic, cute, character: A moogle! Specifically Good King Moggle Mog XII from XIV hehe. My other artist friend blony98 added some One Piece characters (Luffy, Nami, and Sanji). Weila added some hilarious drawings of Badly Drawn Sasuke (the meme) and chin angle Frieren (if you’re an artist you know and love this).
There was also a sticker wall so I sacrificed my personal copy of our light party stickers to add it too the wall.
The interior is looking very cozy and nice! We have gotten one last rainy/cold snap (weird for Texas!!) so it would have been the perfect ramen day.
Oh, also I dropped my phone while referencing my pics and I shattered the front screen (got a sliver of glass in my thumb too). So I did end up just buying a new phone just now (eek). Also to wait out my pickup I did have to stop by a sbux (double eek!!) though I did have a giftcard that someone gave me.
