yaoi day art market (club 801)
Between work, birthday weeks, and art vending stuff I have been busy!
We celebrated my sister’s bday last week. We had a yummy dinner at a vietnamese place near her new house and played rhythm heaven. So fun to play as a group.
This reminds me of the summer of 2009 when my friends and I (my main friend group!) was home from college for the summer break and we made cupcakes. The side eye of these chorus kids is still so funny.

Anyways, I was vending at a Yaoi Day (8/01) market yesterday in Dallas. It was so busy and I loved seeing all the fujin come out and support us!!
I finally learned how to make sticker sheets with my siser juliet. My main summary is I would still want to outsource sticker making if possible but it was nice to have an option for last minute pieces.
Artists making catalogs have become more and more common these days - I put together some of the main things I was going to bring so that people could pre-plan.

New additions:
- Photostand table clamp setup - helps showcase tees and is a more condensed set up for flying out
- More shelves for stickers and zines!! Actually after this I saw a 3D printed display I want to do instead - my brother has a 3D printer and said it would work for him!
I didn’t have time/space to put out my prints - I have been wanting to revamp my print selection and hadn’t done a restock so I was fine without it.
The fujin crowd was incredible. Specialty markets like this are nice because most people who attend are also ready to spend money (profits were so good).
I sold a good # of Stay One Night too! AHHH. So happy when people bought it.
