portfolio site update!
I am a little bummed today cuz an unexpected life expense popped up but AHHH well everything will be ok (I think).
A newbie artist alley person mentioned that they only have IG and online shop for their online presence, and I suggested that they should really make their own artist alley portfolio as a simple thing and treat it almost like a 1-page resume/CV. That's kind of what it is though, right?
I have been using carrd for my Artist Alley portfolio site.
Anyways, after looking at the John Doe template I got really intrigued and thought I could build a version of this for my site. I don't need any fancy stylings (but can always add it later). And it is live! So now I'll be applying using that version of the site. Not linking here though I wonder if SEO will find it.
Learning a little bit about responsiveness was very fun. The css "lightbox" styling was very cool too - I did do some tedious additions so that links have IDs so that closing the window brings you back to the images.
