sticker design wip
I’m making last minute sticker designs and wanted to chat about them.
Part of this is for a semi (??) overhaul of my merch for cons and also just very self indulgent fandoms. I’m also planning to make some washi/memo pads in 2026, and I think bookmarks. I’m also always conflicted on my “brand” and offerings because I love watercolor normie things but also very fannish and fujoshi.
Something I haven’t mentioned (maybe) is that I’m currently obsessed and loving using a monoline bitmap brush for like 99% of my drawing these days. I LOVE IT!!
Original Art: I’m reprinting my clear sticker vignettes (with additional doodles) and also bringing back my old watercolor stickers as clear stickers.
I wanted to make some more new designs too but will put a pin on that.
Fan Art Stickers:
Tenipuri: I made a very SILLY Seigaku scrungly charmful sticker set for a tenipuri stamp rally I did with my friends. And now I’ve brought back the reprint with Hyoutei and Rikkai teams. I don’t think I’ll do more of the teams. Anyways I LOVE SCRUNGLY!!! It was cute to consider if a character should be more kitty like or more puppy like (though most of them are cats because of my own personal bias).
ALSO I have been redrawing/tracing some of my old art for these sticker sheets. SUCH A Time saver!
Klance Sticker Set: I grabbed a lot of my previous Klance art to redraw and also color cohesively with the Old Beach brush from procreate.
Merthur Sticker Set: This one is amazing because I redrew art that I posted 7-9 years ago including my favorite tragic piece.
Captive Prince Sticker Set: Omg this one is cracking me up because I’ve traced OC pics I drew here, here, and here. I also feel like this set highlights what I really like about my current lining style???
AFTG Sticker Set: This one is a combo of me redrawing exising AFTG art I did + using some of my Shiloh and Basil art HAHA. Also picked some quotes that I liked that I feel like work for journals?? The motif of a car key fob and the flip phones too.
Phaidei Sticker Set: Based on a sketch I did that I have in print form. I also redrew an illustration sketch that I previously drew.
I really want to draw 3 more honkai star rail sets too but we will see (I have a self-chosen deadline in mind).
